How do I place an order?
- Select your collection and product.
- Select your options (number of faces/pets, size).
- Upload your photo on product page.
- Add your product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- 5.Send us your photos by email – support@printymix.com (if not already uploaded before).
Can I customize my portrait?
Yes! You can ask for any special requests and we’ll do our best to make your portrait exactly the way you want it. In some instances, we are not able to make big changes – for example, we cannot close your dog’s mouth if the photo you provide is of your pet with their tongue hanging out or we can’t make a man who is widely smiling look serious. Don’t hesitate to ask for whatever customizations you want and we will be upfront with you about whether we can or cannot make the adjustments.
How long does it take to complete the artwork design?
Our artists take 1-3 days to complete your artwork.
Can I see a preview of my canvas before it’s printed?
Yes! We provide a digital proof upon request. This allows you to see exactly how your print will look before production begins. You have unlimited revisions should you want to change anything.
Do you do portraits with a lot of people and/or pets?
What print sizes do you have?
We offer a wide range of standard sizes. Each product allows you to choose the size for the print.
What’s is a Digital File?
The Digital File is an electronic version of your portrait which is, if ordered, sent to you via email. We offer digital portraits as an alternative to canvas prints if the client wants it delivered faster or printed on any other material. Please note that if you order a Digital File, no physical portrait will be delivered to you.
How do you create your portraits?
The portraits are not ‘paintings’. Instead, we use digital technology for editing and retouching, as well as a graphics tablet for drawing.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

How do I upload/send my photo to PrintyMix?
There are two ways to send us your photos.
- Upload your photo on product page
- If you have photos to email to us, the address is support@printymix.com Please make sure to include your name and order number so we know who the photo belongs to.
Is the quality of my photo good enough to use?
Most likely – yes! Our artists are very talented & can create a portrait almost out of any photo. Most modern smartphones capture high-resolution images suitable for printing.
Can I submit several photos for you to combine into one portrait?
We can incorporate various faces from different photos into a single artwork. You may send us multiple photos of individuals or pets you’d like included in the portrait. Our artists will then skillfully blend these different faces together.
Shipping Information
How long will it take for my portrait to arrive, and how much will shipping cost?
Will you send me a tracking number?
Yes, we’ll email one out to you. We know how important it is for our customers to be informed about their order, so we’ll send it to you as soon as possible. Once you’ve got your tracking number, your portrait should arrive within a few days. If you still haven’t received a tracking number within 14 days of your order, please email us.
How is my canvas print packaged for delivery?
Your canvas will be carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
My order contained multiple products. Will they all arrive at the same time?
In most cases, yes – they’ll all arrive in the same parcel. Occasionally, we’ll finish a portrait a day or two ahead of the others in the order. In this case, we’ll send the completed artwork in a separate parcel.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States and Canada.
Hanging and Care
How do I hang my canvas print?
Each print comes with a wall hanging kit and short instructions.
How should I clean my print?
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust. Avoid using water or cleaning products.
How to prolong the life of your artwork?
We would recommend taking the following steps to prolong the life of your artwork:
- Avoid touching the canvas or paper surface.
- Do not hang your artwork in direct sunlight to avoid fading caused by prolonged exposure.
- 3.Do not hang your artwork in a hot or humid area, such as above an active fireplace or in a bathroom.
